Your consultation is designed to be efficient, calm, and informative. You won’t feel rushed — every step is intentional. By the time you leave, you’ll have a clear understanding of your treatment options, what’s involved, and how we can help make it all happen for you.
📝 Step 1: Paperwork & Welcome
You’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team and asked to fill out a few short forms. This includes your basic medical and dental history, insurance information, and any concerns you'd like to address. We'll walk you through it if you need help — no rush, no pressure.
🧠 Step 2: Advanced 3D Imaging (CBCT Scan)
Once you're checked in, we’ll guide you to take a CBCT scan, a low-radiation, 3D image of your mouth and jaw. This scan gives your surgeon a detailed look at your bone structure, existing teeth, and sinus cavities. It’s painless and only takes a few minutes.

👨⚕️ Step 3: One-on-One Consultation with Your Surgeon
You’ll then meet Dr. Vela, your surgeon, in a calm, private consult room. He’ll review your CBCT scan, listen to your goals, answer questions, and walk you through your personalized treatment plan.
We don't just show you options — we explain them in plain language, so you feel confident and in control.
🤝 Step 4: Meet with Your Treatment Coordinator
After meeting with your surgeon, you’ll sit down with one of our treatment coordinators.
They’ll work with you to discuss:
Your total treatment cost (no hidden fees)
What’s included in your quote (yes, sedation too)
Insurance options and financing support
Scheduling your potential surgery date
This is a chance to ask anything — we’re here to make it feel achievable, not overwhelming.

This takes about another 45 minutes, and includes:
Clinical photos
Final digital scans
Impressions
Surgical planning data
This ensures our team has everything we need to move forward seamlessly.

The records appointment doesn’t have to happen the same day but in order to secure your surgery date, it’s important that we collect all required records as soon as possible.
